PureTel operates within Standard Operating Environments, in which we have all necessary qualifications and understanding of our products. How do we know our products work? Simple. We use them ourselves. Within PureTel Pty Ltd there are all the products we deploy to our clients, tested and proven in a controlled business environment first.
We only use and recommend products that:
• Are Vendor Independent
• Are based on Open Standards technology
• Have a proven track record
The benefits
Vendor independent means that our products will work with other vendors. If you buy a propriety phone system you will always have to use their handsets. Why is this bad? - because you have no control over costs and your businesses flexibility is reduced. Not with vendor independent products which are based on Open standards (SIP). You can use just about any IP handset available giving you the flexibility to control cost and quality. This applies with most software based products, servers, PC, Notebooks and PABXs. PureTel understands that businesses need flexibility in today’s changing markets.
